How are Iddah dates calculated?

Q: How is Iddah dates calculated? Based on the lunar or Solar calender?

If the husband passed away on the first of the Lunar month, the Iddah dates will be calculated based on the Lunar calender.However, if he passed away during the month, the Iddah period will be 130 days.
