Paying Water and Light bills with Interest money |

Ref: mis007/07 June 2007 Q: Since the way in which the council does reading for water and lights (which is based on ESTIMATION) rather than accurate readings, would we be allowed to pay them with Interest money? A: It is not permissible to pay water and light bills with Interest money even though the reading is done by estimation.
