The lockdown has severely affected the poor, indigent and needy in our country. People are desperate for assistance. Darul Ihsan, in conjunction with Disaster Management and COGTA has undertaken to provide much needed relief.

About 160 people have been affected by a fire incident at the Palmiet Road Informal Settlement in Clare Estate, Durban on Friday, 28 March 2020.

The first ‘Al Ihsan Clinic Day’ for this year was held on Sunday, 23rd February 2020 at the Castle Hill Educational Institute (Masjid Bilal) in Newlands West, Durban.
