Q: Since the way in which the council does reading for water and lights (which is based on ESTIMATION) rather than accurate readings, would we be allowed to pay them with Interest money?

Q: Ive heard a lecture a while back about "Interest". The moulana mentioned a hadith wher our Beloved S.A.W mentions that the giver taker and the recorder of interest are all equal in sin. On this point the moulana mentions a warning to all the muslim accountants, and he says that they too fall within this category as their work work involves recording of interest and so on. My worry is that I am working in an accounting firm and my concience worries me regarding the above. Please advise me.
Q: I sold goods to a customer some months ago. This customer has not paid me. My only recourse in getting my money back is to issue summons. My query is : Can I charge him for all my legal costs ?
