Q. Which cheeses are halaal suitable and which are not?
A. For the record, the commercial cheese industry now mainly use microbial rennet which is plant based although specialized Cheese Connoisseurs still would prefer using the original animal coagulant. Microbial rennet is Halaal suitable.
