FIRST of all, I'd like to state that in Islam the marriage of a man and a woman is not just a financial and physical arrangement of living together but a sacred contract, a gift of God, to lead a happy, enjoyable life and continue the lineage.
Hadhrat Ali (Radhiallaahu Anhu) mentioned that the good friend and neighbour has the following qualities:
SMILE:
It is the first arrow and the fastest of them all. It is like the salt for food. It is also regarded as a kind of worship and alms-giving as mentioned in Hadith "Smiling at your brother's face is as charity (Sadaqa)".
Rasulullah r has mentioned, “When the night approaches then prevent your children (from venturing outdoors) because verily Shaitaan spreads out at this time, .....” (Sahih Bukhari).
Hadith Qudsi says that Allah Taala said, “I was a hidden treasure, and I wished that I be recognized, and this is why I created.” Hence the reason for creation was love, and therefore he loves what he has created. Subsequently he loves the believers even more intensely.
