Q: I seek your religious wisdom on the following issues of concern which I am trying to personally reconcile about Haj from the different schools of thought:
1) Is it permissible for one to perform Tawaaf-e-Ziyaarah on the 7th of Zil Hajj? What is Tawaaf-e-Ifada?
2) Can females perform Haj without a Mahram?
3) Is it permissible for non related couples (husband and wife) to share the same room while on Haj without a screen or partition?

Q: A family leaves South Africa with the intention of going to Makkah first but wants to sleep in Jeddah when they arrive at 22h00. They will not be in Ihram but will put it on at their hotel in Jeddah the next morning and proceed to Makkah for Umra. Is this permissible as they know they are going to Makkah and have passed the Meeqat before adorning the Ihram?
