This Dua should be recited to be safeguarded against sins:

اَللّٰهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِيْ بِتَرْكِ الْمَعَاصِيْ أَبَدًا مَّا أَبْقَيْتَنِيْ

Allahummar hamni bi tarkil ma'asi abadan ma abqaytani

O Allah! Bless me with the ability to forsake sins for as long as  You keep me alive. (Tirmidhi/3570)
