International humanitarian relief is provided abroad in countries where need arises. AIR has successfully completed eight relief missions in Lebanon and Turkey in aid of the innocent Syrian civilians caught up in the conflict. Relief aid was also conducted in Malawi in 2016.

Several relief projects were undertaken in Bangladesh in aid of the Rohingya Muslims.
